855 visa

Hi

a friend of mine is presently resciding in australia on a 855 visa - Labour Agreement - attained 7/12/07

the visa stipulated that she has to work for the employer for 'upto 3 years'

hi

my wife is on my 457 visa, she is going to apply for permanent residency (i will be staying on my 457 due to receiving LAFHA), she will be applying through the labour agreement.

pregnant wife

both my wife are resciding in Oz on a 457 visa till oct 2011.

my wife has just found out she is pregnant - due in feb 09 :rofl:

will my newborn be an australian citizen or just a british...

we have applied for a e457 - my wife's medical was referred on 25/9/07; does anyone have an idea when they will be finalised?

she is a nurse. we both have jobs in nursing in Hornsby NSW

the results result were uploaded online (the whole application was), they received them 3 days ago (same as mine)...

we have a NSW approved registration letter (just need to take the letter and passport when we land in sydney), we have a job in Hornsby, auntie to live with for a couple of weeks in Baulkham hills.
