During a visit to Canada last year, i was bitten quite badly by a horsefly on my wrist.
My wrist swelled up like a balloon(it was huge).

Glad you agree with me, it wasnt a nice experience.
We felt so deflated and angry.
My husband commented on the old truck they took him out in, he didnt feel safe at all!

I totally agree with what you are saying, but i think anyone who takes the time, and pays for flights etc, must be treated as if they are being serious.
These companies should show abit more respect...
