Just sent my children's´ passports off for renewal. Sent them "signed for". after a week, they have still not arrived in UK!!! Is this normal?

There is one Spanish bank that is available to non-residents and is free to use (the only one I know of anyway). It is WEFFERENT from CajaMar/Caja Rural
