Thanks everyone, great advice. I was over last November for another reccie and have settled on Sardis as best place for us and the kids. Company is in Abby so just a short whizz into town from there....

Can anyone advise me on a decent combined net salary requirement for the Sardis area? I have a job to go to that are offering me around $50K cad net and I will be paying towards a 100K mortgage...

Thanks for the advice. I will be working but I dont know if the company has a health insurance scheme in operation. My wife will probably look at some part time work to suppliment our income.
