There is no pattern in which CIC processes medicals for issuing PR. We received our first response on Medical after 4 weeks asking for further tests for myself. The second time round...

I sent an email to CIC on the Oct 15 (CIC recd my additional med results on Oct 8) asking for an update. They said it will take 4 months to review the results...

I am still waiting for my sputum results and got an x-ray to do on Sep 16, hopefully everything being fine we should get PPR...

Thanks MR79 and Kev, Mandy for your response. I have contacted the DMP and seeing them on Thu. They did say they have had quite a few such requests recently... even though the x-ray was clear....

Just as we were hoping all was in order and we receive PPR we got the white envelope asking for further tests...:(

Sputum smears and culture for TB ... Repeat Chest X-Ray on/after Sep 15.
