YES!! We accelerated this and bought the dream home in Perth WA 1 month after arriving...holiday mode for a month or two then .. 8 months later back home in Scotland with the children renting a flat...

Careful with Chess, they were great at the Perth end, all the packing etc was fab but as they use 'partners' in UK no one takes ultimate responsibility and all companies are trying to make their bit....

We are actually renting here in Aberdeen and have leased our Perth house out and I thought it would be a nightmare but in fact it seems to be ok and we still have a foot in the property...
