We are in Mandurah on a 495 visa - did you get any joy with the FIRB with regards to what house you can buy??:confused:

We are at that stage now and are not 100% sure

CPA seems more common from what I have seen. Whats the difference? I would like to be more in practice as opposed to industry - what do you think?
