we flew ours from heathrow to halifax direct with air canada 2 dogs two cats they needed pet passports all jabs up to date ect the cats could go in the same kennel but the dogs were in seperate...

if you google send a case specific enquiry it comes up on one of the immigration canada sites you can send your enquiry with your UCi number its on your permanent resident card or your landing...

hi she brought a ticket to fly to the states which was leaving after her original flight but she thought she would try to get on her original one see what happened and she was able to fly to canada...
