Please be advised that due to the volume of correspondence we are currently receiving, incoming documents (including passports) are taking up to 2 or 2.5...

I reckon so, i'm lucky and had an early PPR, but 7 weeks and i've still not had my passport returned, nor any reply to my case specific email... :thumbdown:

we worked out that we could BOTH fly club class with air transat/thomas cook for the price of ONE cattle class on Air Canada :eek: I know what my decision would be...

when we flew club (about 3years ago) we were impressed, we purchased upgrade at the airport for $150 each (Toronto to Gatwick).

The seats were much bigger which was great for the night flight...
