I know what happened to all my missing items, my OH lobbed them out with out telling me. My DVD's of John Denver, my old leather jacket and my gold medalion plus my flair's.

There is absolutley no way that a moving company has any influence over where a container is positioned on a ship...most are world wide vessels collecting from and delivering to many ports.

I've got to say that John Mason's have been great, the rep was really helpful, he explained about their financial bond (which covers all your moving costs) He didn't give any bullshine and...
