Is there a definitive list as to what is a skilled occupation and would you necessarily need qualifications in that skilled occupation for PR purposes?

Other half has an offer of study at a college in Ontario. Assuming I am successful in gaining a spousal open work permit and get a job once there, does said employment need to be a job under pressure...

I agree with the comments. I make no excuses and would not dream of speeding in the towns and certainly not in a school zone. My road is a 30mph limit (50kmh). I would throw the bricks too. What can...

I thought that the Business class would be a non starter. e are looking at a permanent move and the job I am looking at would be a permanent position.

It's a learning curve, paid it next day to get it done with. Learn't not to speed and how you should allways use cruise! Nice to know where you stand with the enforcement authorities. No grey areas!...
