Bit more detective work, the date on my reply was 8th June and the letter actually landed on my door mat on the 16th June and I had originally sent it off on May 21st.
So I should'nt imagine it...

Hi All,
handed in my TRA application in last Friday to the agent and recvd a phone call this afternoon to say he has sent it off today after a thorough check of all documents

update: this afternoon went and got the documents certified, rushed over to the agent and handed them over. signed the TRA application and rushed back to work.
all in the lunch hour. :)
