we filed the petition i-130 more than 2 years ago and they told us that it will tale up to 999 days so we call all time and they tell us the case still pending ,
about 130 days ago they told us...

still at csc
case under name check
it passed that 120 days they asked for
we filed i-129f too and it passed more than 140 days on it and no approval
it seems they hold it too untill name check...

do they search in your home country (name check)

do they do check name for dv lottery too, bacause lootery it does noit get that long , get selected btween 100,000 and get reselected btween 50.000 to 55.000 and you enter us all process get almost...

the same case not approved yet and they are waiting for fbi name check , do you think that's the last thing they will do after name clear and they will approve the case

our case in 2005 but we are waiting for name check about 4 months now but they told us to wait for 6 months ,
