she applied for contributory parent visa - lodged ont he 20th june 2005 - she front loaded the app with her police checks and medicals...

your mom is consierably older than mine and he has other options to get out here - she could go for the aged parent visa

also she can applt for a long stay tourist via like my mom did and...

hi they quote a settled periond of time which they classify as 2 years -we lodged the application when we had been here 21 months because the immigration dept told us that at the time of the grant...

its really crazy at immigration because when we applied in 2003 - it took them 3 weeks to request our medicals and then 7 days after medicals sent we got our visa - 136 skilled independent - took 2...
