It's been raining stair rods for weeks in occ mindoro, fortunately my xr200 can go through most floods, as for power cuts we have 4 or 5 every day even when the weathers ok, just got used to it now...

I really can't believe a single pinoy from here could ever pass a uk driving test, it's so intense now, i bet i'd fail if i took it again, for sure my driving standard has lowered dramatically.

Apparently they now do a reverse pickpocket, where they plant drugs on you then the police who are lying in wait arrest you, i've heard $1k is the going bribe rate. aren't the police here wonderful.

This sounds like a scam, when i asked at immigration i was greeted with raised eyebrows and wry grins,

Basically there is no such thing, quota visa's are sold of, i think from memory the last time...

It really is a joke as all these vehicles have so called emissions tests done annually, however all the tests are for in reality is to see if you qualify for paying a bribe coz no one ever fails...
