13Quota Visa a different approach
Hello everyone,
I just want to share my experience in handling 13Quota Visa. About two(2) years ago I keep on promoting about the 13Quota visa to be a hassle-free Permanent Visa for foreigners who wish to live or do business here in the Philippines. Applying for Quota Visa that time is such as easy as 123, if you have funds you can get the visa in 3 days even if you don't have adequate requirements. Then, after two(2) years I met this Australian family who wants to acquire the said visa. She said she got all the requirements as what the BI website indicated, so we met last December and we begun to process. This is what happens... She got all the authenticated documents from her country then we started the clearances here, then after, as we are about to file the documents in BI it appears that the documents need to be Red Ribbon, have it authenticated again in their embassy here then in DFA, So, We are glad we have contacts, we are about to file the documents in a week. Another thing is the BI website last December was not yet updated it indicates that the filing fee is only 2,500. So I'm glad I could have a profit but as we are about to pay the filing it appears that the payment is the same as before, 11,500 per person. So out of my pocket I payed extra for the visa. Not even get a penny. They have been approved already a week ago glad they have referrals. and thank you Bi you updated your site... very late Quota Visa Application Fees

Re: 13Quota Visa a different approach
This sounds like a scam, when i asked at immigration i was greeted with raised eyebrows and wry grins,
Basically there is no such thing, quota visa's are sold of, i think from memory the last time i enquired the going rate for a uk quota was 180k,
So if you put your name down for one you'll die of old age before you get it.
