No not in poor old parched Melbourne, but on the Sunshine Coast, a place called Peregian not far from Noosa. We get buckets of rain, but I think we'll face restrictions in the not too distant future...

Re: business visa 163 anyone got a visa yet?

Re: Franchises

It's not quite that simple... Why do you think Macdonalds and Bang & Olufsen and even the Bank of Queensland successfully sell franchises and have people queuing up to buy them? You're paying for an...

Re: 405 investor retirement visa processing times

Re: 405 investor retirement visa processing times

Yes you can do medicals straightaway, just like police checks. There are standard requirements, and you'll definitely need chest x rays and blood tests. But their validity is time-limited (same as...

Re: OPinions on these cars please?

That's strange, in general we've found the UK versions (while more expensive on Japanese cars), tend to have higher spec. I've just finished a reverse auction process with a car broker for a Nissan...

Re: OPinions on these cars please?

What a fanatastic answer. I was in the process of starting the hunt on behalf of my parents, with exactly the same requirements as you... So I've just cut and pasted to them, and added a few extra...
