If you fancy something a bit energetic, the 50 min (roughly) Baden Powell hike at Deep Cove (about an hours bus ride in total from downtown, changing bus at Phibbs Exchange) is worth the tired calf...

Hubby seems to think that the dalek voice may be down to the bandwith available at the time....?? we use Skype to call the UK and its just been amazing very rarely get bad quality, the internet...

We get brown water for the first 5 secs when running the bath in Kits (Vancouver) and when we lived in the West End the bath used to turn a nice greeny blue colour.
