I know it sounds idiotic but its a fact that USD$ have more buying power then AUD$.To calculate buying power,we take into consideration the income per capita,with PPP,not the GDP or GNP...

As per the USCIS link below, you cannot wait in the country legally until you have received formal approval from the USCIS. The E3 is not under the same category as a H1b visa.

The fact is that Question 16 of I-765 for E3D is not covered by "Instruction For Completing Form I-765" provided on the USCIS website.
(It only covers E1/E2 but no E3D there)...

EAD is another 1-3 months story,its a way by USCIS to collect another $400 and then social security number follows. Why dont they give work authorization directly as they do on E3 without charging...

My I-94 duration stamped by the visa officer is greater than my E-3 visa expiry date.Is this normal because for E3D they have stamped less.

Why the hell United airline have such a bad service?I travelled between SYD-LAX and the staff was extremely rude to passengers.The meals served was tasteless and pathetic.
