Multiple E-3 Visas
Hi,
One of my friend have got two E-3 visas stamped from Melbourne,Australia.One after another.
Then he applied for E-3D for his spouse/kids and started working for the latest employer.
After coming to US now, can he work for the previous E-3 visa employer?

Look, have your fun, your weird posts, whatever, but put them in the right place to start with. Once you start making w o r k for me, you're in trouble. It's well known that I try to avoid it.

His employment authorization depends on which visa status he was admitted with.
If he is in the US on an E-3D he needs a work permit.
