Yup. Very complicated! Thanks for the link, very helpful, my husband is going to have a read through it now. We did talk about getting away with it, but if it all goes wrong it would be a disaster...

Thanks Aviator, yes, there probably is a risk, but I think we are going to have to take it. She'll still be 18 when my husband applies to sponsor her, so hopefully she can relinquish and be sponsored...
