My wife was issued with an open work permit, because she was accompanying me to Canada just ask them about it when you hand in your application, most cases they will ask you if he/she wants one.

The guy laughing in the vid did the same thing, turned down an Immigration offer had regrets was depressed we helped, he found a better offer , then landed a perfect job and moved over he is now...

If you do the on-line application go for the meeting (They need signatures), just so the bank can meet the group, we all got our bank accounts, no worries about work or permanent address jobs and so...

If you dont come right with anyone, contact "1st contact" you pay your admin fee and they open you an advantage gold account with natwest right away
