Profit is limited with airlines as costs are very high especially now that fuel has gone through the roof, the fuel surcharge does not cover the extra costs to airlines especially on long haul...

My husband has a reasonably good standard of french but i don't unfortunatlely only the very basic school stuff (which was a long time ago).

Thanks everyone for your help that's brilliant, it sounds much the same as Hong Kong in the summer we have typhoon season but lovely days too. We also have humidity at 85% most days from April though...

Well it was so bad for my husband at work that we had to leave and it has left a very very bad taste in our mouths about the Irish I'm afraid. My husband was subjected to being called a Tan Ba#$?&*...
