We plan on submitting our EOI along with a job offer in April next year. At what point should we arrange medicals and police checks?

My husband will be given up to 3 months to start the job....

I suppose we could go work to residence but that seems a really long winded process and we would have to pay for the kids schooling.

Maybe evidence of them being in full time education i.e Uni?

Otherwise, I think it will be hard to say a 20 and 22 year old are not capable of being self sufficient.
