just make sure its the final divorce decree... there is the agreement and then i think its something like six months after it is approved by the judge they send you the final decree.

we went to the medical at 8am, were out of there by about 10:30am but did not get to the consulate until almost 11:30, because we were running around looking for a barclays bank to pay the visa fee....
