Thanks for the advice. Yeah I had a look at previous posts, they all seemed to be for specific positions but as you say, because it's a grad programme I imagine it'll probably be more about myself...

I think the 457 visa is the one you'll be applying for. The 175 is a permament independant visa, but you need a year's experience to be able to go for that one. Arguably that one is better...
