You can use your normal card here, but you'll get charged for the conversion by your bank. Your best bet is to get your money changed across here or before you leave.

This is the hard part. I've got a management company who are willing to sponsor me for the 457, the hard part seems to be getting a job offer.

I can't get a job offer without a visa and I can't...

Strange, you may have seen me when I arrived at about 6.45. Have to say, I was totally underdressed, i.e. not wearing a shirt & tie, for that type of bar.

I wasn't aware of the 3 you've mentioned, I'll be sure to give them a call tomorrow. Recruitment agencies are pretty much the same the world over so I'm under no illusions about what I'll have to go...

Website says 23kg :( and 7kg for hand luggage, does anyone know if a laptop bag counts as hand luggage?
