think the thing that is putting most first time buyers off is that if you need a 100% mortgage then the the mortgage insurance fee is $12000 !! you have to pay this if your getting a 100% mortgage...

my daughter is 9 years old, 10 in august and is year 5, she started school here last nov and went into year 4, but had she been in the uk she would have started year 5 that sept.but instead started...
