Thanks Guesswork. I can't remember having applied for a padron as I'm not resident. Rosalia is a citizen and I presume there should be no problem getting one from the Ayamonte Ajuntamiento for her....

I got two new, full bottles and the all the paperwork in the offices of the gas company in Isla Cristina. The process was quite simple and there was no additional cost.
