not 100% on this but i,m sure if you go on to each states website,they sponsor direct from police force over here ,bilaw in police and western australia were sponsoring british police officers...

176 visa granted

176 visa was granted yesterday,have to validate by may 09 and is valid for 5years from yesterday,

i dont think you need to get photos certified,well i did not ,just scan them and attach to online applcation,youre passport photos get certified by panel doctor when you do medicals
