Form 80 - when and why required
Hi,
In uploading documents, there is Form 80 to be uploaded.
Is it required in all cases , Why it is required and should be uploaded for both of us (Me and my spouse) - I am applying for GSM 175 skilled visa

It should be completed and uploaded for every applicant 18 or over I believe. It should be on your checklist?

I haven't got it on my checklist/email either, but thought i may fill them in anyway and then i have them if they are asked for...

You may find (even if it's not on the list) that they request it towards the end of the process - I was requested to submit my Form 80 on October 26th and visa granted October 29th!

I have it filled in and will send it if they need it. Wasn't my favourite piece of paperwork to date!
