And what if one is skint? has no money ? and has to beg steal and borrow ? as for the re-entry permit..it can take up to 6 mths..because the powers that be are basically swamped with applications ,...

So , do you think ill get back in Rene ? how do they know when i left ? i know all about flight manifests etc..but from previous experiences thts the ONLY possible record they have..isnt it ?

Have got a U.S. bank account..have filed taxes..have furniture etc in storage..just a victim of the economy basically, not an easy option when you have little funds to support yourself and 3 mouths...

Hi Tonrob..basically we had a hard time ,or rather i did, to find continuity of work , we came back to England, didnt have the finaces to apply for the 2 yr pass etc. I have now been offered employ...

Well , i had 6 convictions and had to obtain court record copies for them all , but , due to the length of time for a couple of them ,no records were available, so i just obtained a court receipt...

I understand your thoughts , but , USCIS has a knack of not knowing what they are doing, if you visit Visa Journey , there are numerous similar cases of wrong denial , i was only making the point...

Well , i was informed that is the case by the waiver adjudicator at the U.S. Embassy in London , after USCIS did not realise this TWICE, denying me after a waiver approval..in his words..waivers are...
