I am not sure that professional qualification automtically equals respect.....I have no idea how strong the qualifications are or indeed how good a lawyer Pablo is.

When any matter proceeds to litigation both parties will be armed with legal advice and opinion. Because the parties have now arrived at court both believe the advice given is correct....and this...

It is very concerning when I hear people using the phrase "100% gutanteed". That phrase is never used in the litigations and arbitrations that I am involved in...

I agree that Ayamonte residents should not pay for upkeep of CE. But I am not sure that CE has yet been adopted by the town hall etc. I am not sure but once adopted it is for the council...

He's hard to figure out.

Sometimes he provides useful insight. But he does seem to get pleasure from lighting the touch paper and standing back and watching us all rush to respond.

It is not extra...it was always going to be an EUC. It is perhaps that we did not know about it.

I guess a lot of people jumped on the overseas property band wagon without knowing all the details...

From what I have been told..(which may not be correct) is that as part of the original land sale to Fadesa for the CE development....it was a condition that CE was to be subject to a EUC.

Also, before we get bogged down complaining about the EUC committee. What if it was not quite properly done...what next? We pay for lawyers to challenge it.....I dont see a long que of complainers...

Played the new course back in September. A great layout with some holes with some difficult choices...the par 4 dog leg left up then down hill to the green with water on right....fantastic.
