I do believe that a country should have a welfare state but only for the most vulnerable i.e elderly and disabled the rest can look after themselves. Even if a Oz or N.Z had no welfare state would...

Thanks for information. Wow I am not going to Oz to claim Disablity benefits. That would be sad. However regardless of the state benefits it would be hard to get to get to oz because of Jakes...
