Yeah, I have seen that place. The $600 covers rent, electricity, telephone, broadband etc. I have thought of including a car in the proposal also.

South Australia has probably got the most affordable housing right now, with some good employment opportunities.

you should be able to get away with most gardening tools provided you wash them in soapy water. They do not want to see any dirt on them. I wouldn't bother with a lawn mower (too hard to clean)....
