Yes Geordie, all very true . But paper's sell headlines because average investor's treat them as respectable market research, even if the 'facts' are skewed, out of context, or misleading.

Have a look a chart of the All Ords over the last three years. Then go to a stockmarket forum site like hotcopper.com.au and see 2 years of 'it's the top!' and 'impending crash' type...

I love it! With this many 'top callers' in the Perth property market, this can't be the top.

There are bulls and there are bears, yes. It is only the top of the market when they are all bulls! :D
