Very interesting regarding work as some have suggested that SC it is NOT the place to be for Jobs but I guess it may just be better than Adelaide at the min.

Point taken & really i would not include buying cars, holidays, or having the latest iphone as "cost of living" as those type of things are away from the basics. Basics being Rent, Food, Bills etc...
