Has anyone tried to negotiate prices with builders and what worked / didn;t work. Does anyone have any hints and tips on surviving a new build sanity intact?!?!?:huh:

we're in a brand new rental and the landlord has agreed to us getting a dog. We had to sign to agree that we'd keep it outside and repair any damage or have repair funds deducted from our bond...

we find that jars and bottles tend to be a bit bigger here and don't always fit into the door of our fridge, but its not that big a deal and not reason for us to trade in our 2year old fridge. Also...
