If you want to select a collection point in Ayamonte then on the shipping screen headed "Seleccionar una dirección de envío" click on Selecciona un punto de recogida cercano....

If you order from Amazon,es you can simply select delivery to one of a number of locations in Ayamonte, eg the shop near Passage as already mentioned, the shop at the corner of Plaza Leon Ortega etc....

Yes, Worten sells them. Have a look at their web site, eg Switch TP-LINK 8-Port Gigabi PoE SG1008P for €75 which has 4 x PoE ports and 4 x standard ports. It's £45 in Currys though...
