Actually i want them to send it back as we have just found out our occupation is on the MODL list and we want to change the application to an independant from a sponsored. Do you think they will...

Does anyone know what happens if your bank or credit card company refuse to pay when DIMIA try to take the visa application fee?????

I didn't think you find that out until you are allocated a case officer, but I may be wrong.

Got email today saying result has been posted, then got the letter itself in the post...... TRA say Yes!!!!!!!!!!

The visa is now in the envelope and the courrier is booked for friday..... can't...

I think we are going to have top join you on that one as our TRA still hasn't been passed!!! (7 Weeks non MODL) Have emailed again today but no reply yet.

You need to show proof that the aunt and your partners father have the same parents and only the birth certificate will prove that they are brother and sister. If she was born in the UK you shouldn't...

Is this the same as "Specific Work Experience"?

I read the section in Booklet 6 and have got all the employment references, duty statements and pay slips that they ask for which are all certified....
