What job were you waiting for an LMO for? My friend is waiting for one through an employer here in Alberta, it has been about 6 weeks so far.

So, just to clarify....he enters them on the form then they apply for and pay for, their own permits when they enter, as long as they have a copy of his work permit and...

We are in a bit of a pickle!!

We had our Passport requests and London have had our passports for 3 weeks now......

Our work permits are due to expire in the next week.........

Do we pay...

We never had a fingerprint check at all, and we submitted 3 RCMP checks....we were never asked for the fingerprint one.....maybe things have changed then, but we only sent our RCMP check in this...

I personally would get a new one from London AND one from your local RCMP station. We went into our local RCMP station here and they were really helpful. It costs $25 per certificate, and they give...

We received an email from CHC London saying " We are now ready to issue your permanent residence visas.

We are waiting for CIC to request our passports to put the shiny VISAS in them. We have completed medicals and paid all the fees, so it is just the waiting game.

Well we had our medicals done (a really easy process,and not at all like we were expecting).
CIC received our med results and we send our RPRF to them on 3 September.

You have just saved us $490. We were going to get the Canadian Dollar draft tomorrow for me, the other half and my daughter.

Confused about time scales

Hi All

We received our medical requests in the post :thumbsup: and it says that we have 60 days from receipt of the requests to complete our medicals.

Not a problem... appointment booked for...
