We did the same thing with HSBC, but had to change mortgage types to "Buy-to-let". This was, if I recall correctly, largely a formality.

Hallowe'en isn't a big thing here. It gets a mention, but the supermarkets aren't full of pumpkins and plastic witch paraphernalia. Neither have I seen any trick-or-treaters in the two...

I have a phone running Windows Mobile with WiFi connectivity and a camera for video calls. I can use Skype via Wifi, saving expensive data costs, however, Mobile Skype doesn't make use of the camera....
