If you lived in Thailand you would certainly know how revered the Thai King is.The respect in his case is certainly earned and well deserved.

We have lived and owned property in both Koh Samui and Phuket and been here 7 years with absolutely no problems.
Condo's are fool proof , and one good way to avoid Thai Taxes is to set up a BVI...
