Question Proving UK inheritance to UK tax office

Hoping someone can help me with my situation.

My mother passed away in the UK.(I live in Australia) My siblings in the UK disposed of her house and the proceeds are due to be split between us....

Any sub class 309 "got its" out there?

I submitted my application for sub class 309 on 28th June.
Had an email requesting my passport to be sent to London Commission on 31st June (surely must mean good news??!) Sent it on 4th July.........

Unhappy DeFacto visa: refusal on meds

Does anyone have a list of people/professions who can certify UK documents - e.g passport, birth certificates.

There is a list of people who can certify Aus docs on the DIMA website,...

You can get a 12 month working holiday visa for NZ if you fit the critera (this is detailed on the Immigration website)

Just had my meds done for front loading defacto spouse visa...and now I have all sorts of worries in my head......

The Dr I saw was not entirely helpful - and even forgot to put one of...

Smile Aus Police Check - waiting time

Hi

Just got my Aus Police check back.
I sent it from UK on 9th May, and I receive the letter of clearance on 7th June. The letter is dated 29th May, so it obviously floats around in their "IN"...

I'm applying in June 2005, my UK passport runs out Feb 2007.

We will have 18 months eveidence of living together in the UK. So living in Aus falls outside the required 1 year minimum. But - in our statements we have to tell them our "relationship timeline"...

I read on the forum that medicals cost more if you have a piercing anywhere other than ears.

Do they check to see if you have any "holes"?
