Hi

I have a friend flying in a few weeks with her dog, from Brussels. A medium sized dog, but too large to be on a seat next to her ( i.e at 13kg, well over 8kg). So he has to be in the hold.

I pay IBI by direct debit, DD, and I dont think Ive ever seen the receipt. I actually get very little mail.. since I put everything on DD...
