Nothing wrong with Wise (I am a user) however it is not a bank as such. Also take a look at N26 Standard which also offers a savings option paying interest 2.26% in the traditional sense, is a bank so protected to a €100k limit (OK Wise is unlikely to collapse), gives you ES IBAN if resident in Spain, a debit card for same fee as Wise, and built-in Wise transfers (I assume outgoing rather than incoming).

Open a cash back account > put some money in > open a “normal account”
(like you said £ - £) > don’t need to put money in, can I get a debit/credit card with it?
Another question, can I do online shopping with the debit card?
