My contract states that my plot would be ready by December 2005 approx fare "enough" maybe a year late ! but not ready until 2008 when the electricity got sorted out . Surely they breeched their...

Get in touch with fadesa. They phoned me ,stating that the electricity has now been sorted and asking for their last payment ,towards the land . It seems to me that no one has handed back the land...
