Since my local office, Seattle, is quoted as being under staffed, would sending the AOS forms along with an application form to work there...

I personally am still wrking on the theory that once you've married a US citizen then you should be ok when it comes to deportation.My visa waiver expired on the 16th march and thats the day I got...

I can only speak from personal experience and if I'm wrong there are enough people here with more knowledge than me...

HI, my story is pretty much the same as yours..;)
You need to file I-485, adjustment of status, and your wife needs to file an I-130, petition for alien relative.There are other documents that need...

After I sent mine in, the second time, the costs went up while the my first attempt was in the post, it took about a month before I got a request to go and get fingerprints done, them another month...
