I-485 marriage-based petition
Hey, Everybody
I just filed my I-485 marriage-based petition (7 days ago) through office in
Cincinnati, Ohio. I understand that INS is quite busy, especially this
times, but I was wondering what are the approximate timelines, in other
words what to expect.

Well, going from my personal experience, I sent my I-485 plus all the rest of the forms, application to work etc etc in early August, got my request to go and get fingerprinted on sep 2nd, got my EAD on 2nd october . All the rest, TBA..(BTW, thats at Seattle)
