We were married april of 2003 applied in may, did not get called for interview till august of 2005. So almost two and a half years.
I'm a LPR card does no expire till september 2015.

Well it started ok got through the questions fine. Obviously the writing, and speaking went ok too. My application review was fine too. She did question my gap in employment when I was stay at home...

Can somebody give me a rough timeline for NYC for I485 application.

A friend of ours got married in march and submitted their paper work about 3 weeks ago and last week she received two notice's for fingerprints. To me all this seems fast since I am an Alumni of 2003...

I don't believe so, we are taking a cruise out of Miami With one stop in the Bahama's the other stop is Key west in florida The cruise line said passport and green card or stamp is sufficent.

Also do you remember if the DOA was on temporary assignment in garden city ? That can also make a difference.
